Join Santa's festive parade!

Christmas magic is on its way and from Saturday 22nd November we’ll be playing host to a very special guest.

Santa Claus himself will be sleighing in and setting up his grotto, ready to listen to your little ones Christmas requests.

To celebrate his arrival, we will be holding a parade, complete with panto characters, a seasonal band and Barrington the Elf! The parade will begin at 12pm by our stunning 10 metre tree, which you’ll find by the North Entrance.

And to make him feel at home, we’ll be carving a reindeer ice sculpture and serving mince pies and mulled wine. Join us between 12pm and 2pm to really start feeling festive!

Santa's Grotto

Visit Santa and his elves in York’s best grotto in the North Entrance from Saturday 22nd November until Christmas Eve.

The grotto is open daily at the following times;

Monday – Friday 1:30pm – 5:30pm

Saturdays 11am – 6pm

Sundays 12pm – 5pm

Prices are:

£3.25 for a visit with gift or photo

£6.00 for a visit with gift and photo

In the lead up to Christmas York Designer Outlet will be staying open later to make sure all your Christmas needs are taken care of.

Adidas store closed for refurbishment

The Adidas store is currently closed for refurbishment but the new store will reopen in Unit 77/78 on the 24th November.
